The Society of Cape Cod Craftsmen was one of the oldest craft organizations in New England and home to some of the most inspiring and talented craftsmen. The "Society" represented a wide range of mediums including ceramics, glass, wood, metal, fiber, textiles, and jewelry. After many years of success, change was in the air and the group decided to disband in 2018. But a decision was made to go forward with the popular annual festival in early August at Drummer Boy Park in Brewster, MA. We renamed our organization, The Society of Cape Cod Fine Art and Craft Festival. We have expanded the variety of art processes to include painters and photographers for a well-rounded show.
Due to the unexpected difficulties surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 and 2021 shows have been postponed to August 2022. We look forward to seeing you in 2022!
What makes this show truly unique is that it takes place mid week, Tuesday through Thursday, and the show is exclusively organized and run by the exhibitors. Plus you have the opportunity to purchase directly from the local makers and artists. And throughout the rest of the year, these same artisans welcome you into their Cape Cod and New England area workshops for an intimate look into their creative process and a unique shopping experience.
